I had posted this card on the Stampin' Celebration challenge site, and my card was selected as one of their top 3! SCIC29 Top 3. I originally created this card for my cousin Heather, for your birthday. Heather has continued to post wonderfully kind comments about my cards, and so I really wanted to make her birthday card extra special.
